Crest:  A wyvern wings Gules.

Hypothetical initial arms of the Drakes of Drakenage, shown with identical coat and crest.  These arms were used by the medieval Drakes of Ireland.  The wyvern has been found used on a Drake seal circa 1290, Devon.  It is likely the earliest arms had no crest.
